Return Policy
At SmokinFusion, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that returns may be necessary in certain situations. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Authorization Required
- All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at smokinfusion@gmail.com before sending any item back.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Inspection & Approval Process
- Once a return request is received, we will review the case and may request photos of the item before approval.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return shipping.
- Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Approval of a return is at our sole discretion.
3. Condition of Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Any product that is damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition will be rejected.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Processing
- If the return is accepted after inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If a return is denied, the item can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
6. Non-Returnable Items
